• Respond to general inquiries from the travel trade and press via email or phone, about our partners, in a time efficient and helpful manner.
  • Handle VIP and special requests for members of the travel trade who are sending clients to stay at our partner properties.
  • Make monthly trips, on behalf of our partners, to provide destination and product updates with tour operators and travel agents in person.
  • Conduct online private training sessions for sales staff of leading outbound tour operators and travel agencies so they are more prepared to sell our partner properties and the destinations in which they are located.  If you would like to set up an online product training session, please contact us. 
  • Create and maintain a useful portfolio of brochures, images and sales support documents about our partners for commercial use. 
  • Facilitate individual site inspections on request, and organize scheduled familiarization trips to our partner properties for members of the travel trade and press.
