Festive Availability for Latin America 2025

Fall is here and that means last-minute bookings for the holidays! Although many of the properties in the CK Representation portfolio only have one or two rooms left for key dates, there are still opportunities for travelers looking to take advantage of rare openings at some of the best destinations in Latin America. Whether your guests prefer to celebrate with toes in the sand in Central America or on an Andean or Amazon immersion, as always they will enjoy the benefit of an exclusive and custom trip without any of the crowds typically associated with the holiday season.

COSTA RICA

  • Arenas del Mar — One of our top pick for families in Latin America, Arenas del Mar has very limited availability for festive season. 

  • Kurà — This adults-only retreat has very limited availability for festive season. Cayuga Collection has extended a generous offer for CK Representation community of “Stay 5, Pay 4” at Kurà during festive.

  • Hotel Aguas Claras — Bohemian-chic Hotel Aguas Claras has very limited availability for festive season. Cayuga Collection has extended a generous offer for CK Representation community of “Stay 5, Pay 4” at Hotel Aguas Claras during festive.

  • Senda Monteverde — Only three rooms remain for Christmas (at time of publication) at Senda Monteverde. But this mountainside retreat would be a great place to ring in the New Year, and there are plenty of rooms available to do so!

PERU

  • Inkaterra — Availability pending: check back for updates soon.

  • Andean — Surprisingly, there is availability at many of Andean’s properties for festive this year. This means that not only would one or two properties be ideal for your guests, but an entire Southern Travesia could potentially be organized.

    • Titilaka — Titilaka on the shores of Lake Titicaca has availability over Christmas, and very limited availability for New Years.

    • CIRQA — While fully booked directly after Christmas and on New Years, there is limited availability at this historic, boutique property in Arequipa leading up to the holidays.

    • PUQIO — Tented PUQIO in the Colca Valley has very limited availability on Christmas, with space the remainder of the festive season.

    • Tinajani — This is a great opportunity to explore Andean’s newest camp, Tinajani in the Tinajani Canyon. All dates have space at time of publication, though the property itself has only six tented Campamentos.

PANAMA

  • Isla Palenque — Santa arrives with a snorkel at Isla Palenque and there is still room for your guests in a Beachfront Casita to celebrate the holiday. These casitas can accommodate two adults and up to two small children. Cayuga Collection has extended a generous offer for CK Representation community of “Stay 5, Pay 4” at Isla Palenque during festive.

ECUADOR

  • Galapagos Safari Camp — Galapagos Safari Camp has availability for festive departures from December 20-25 in Safari Tents and December 20-24 in the Family Suite. Both accommodate six guests total and include a variety of excursions to neighboring uninhabited islands and land-based excursions on Santa Cruz (details vary for each departure). December 25-January 4 is fully sold out.

  • Hacienda Zuleta — Hacienda Zuleta has extremely limited availability during festive, with lots of flexibility between December 18-20. This means it would make a great pairing with Galapagos Safari Camp’s availability, above.

ARGENTINA

  • Estancia Cristina — Availability pending: check back for updates soon.

  • Awasi Iguazu — Availability pending: check back for updates soon.

  • Las Balsas — Las Balsas is closed annually from 12/26-1/9. Only two Lakeview Villas are available at time of publishing leading up to these blackout dates (12/20-12/26).

CHILE

NICARAGUA

  • Jicaro Island Lodge — With limited availability in between Christmas and New Years, both dates are still relatively available at Jicaro Island. Build a Central America itinerary for your guests around the sell out for an easy, last minute festive vacation!

  • Rancho Santana — This is the year for a holiday vacation at Rancho Santana! Most of the Ocean View Homes and Residential Suites are still available from December 19-26. Plus, when clients book five consecutive nights during these dates, they’ll enjoy a sixth night free. BRAZIL

  • Ibiti Projeto — Availability pending: check back for updates soon.

GUATEMALA

  • Bolontiku — Sold out for both Christmas and New Years with very limited availability before and after.
